What file type should I be uploading?

You should only upload a CSV. You can also download our template HERE.



How long will it take to get the results after submission?

Results come back within minutes of order submission.



What is Skip Tracing?

Skip tracing is the act of finding (or “tracing”) someone. Our skip tracing service allows us to locate phone numbers, emails and other information about the individual. The data that we use is credit-header GLBA Regulated Data.



Do you offer an Affiliate Program?

What information do I need to skip trace someone?

For best results you will need First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State, Zip in separate columns.



How can I increase my odds of finding the right person?

Providing as much information as possible including mailing address, property address, spouse name, etc.



How accurate is the batch skip tracing data?

The data that we use is credit header data. It is the most accurate data anyone can get. We have a 90-95% average match rate.



Can you skip trace LLCs and Corporations?

Yes we do! For LLCs and Corporations you will include them in the First Name Columns and leave the Last Name Column blank. You can also see our LLC template HERE.



Do you have a refund policy?

We do not offer any refunds for ANY reason. Once an order is submitted, we are not able to offer any cancellations.



Do I get billed per search or per result?

For both Single Tracers and Bulk Search, if no results are found, you are not billed. We only charge per result found.
